Carey’s focus is now family. While Cannon claims two kids are the goal, Carey says, “Of course, we’d be happy with one. I want to be able to manage the right amount of attention. We are so busy – if you have six kids running around, no one gets what they need. Kids need a lot of attention.”

Michael Jackson’s send-off will include some of music’s biggest stars. It will be produced by the man long responsible for the Grammy’s, and broadcast across the world. The streets of downtown Los Angeles will be filled with many of the 1.6 million people who registered for free tickets to the event — which went to only 17,500 fans. The program will follow a private ceremony with Jackson’s family. His casket, reportedly the same $25,000 model used for James Brown, will not make any procession through the streets, and Los Angeles police told fans they would enjoy better views of the event in front of their televisions. Officers planned a massive deployment to handle the surge of people and keep them from the event.

Nick Cannon has responded to Eminem’s recent diss towards himself and his wife, Mariah Carey, by offering to end the rapper’s career(LOL) if their differences are not settled in a timely manner.

The venue was decorated with candle-lit tables and a sign that read, “Happy Anniversary Mariah and Nick!” Guests snacked on surf & turf, macaroni and cheese and mashed potatoes. For dessert, they had Creme Brulee and chocolate chip cookies.

Following dinner, the group moved over to the Moon Nightclub, where Cannon surprised his wife with a video presentation of the best moments from their first year of marriage. Then, 1,000 balloons were released into the sky when the Moon roof opened as partiers toasted them.

After the couple cut into a giant pink and white five-tiered Duncan Hines Yellow cake, Cannon hit the turntables and spun tunes.

“I just want to say happy anniversary to the woman I love. She is the most amazing person in the world,” Cannon told the crowd. “To all the people who thought this wouldn’t work out, this is going to last forever. She is my soulmate. Here’s to many, many years together.”

In a Hello! Magazine Interview, Mariah had this to say about having a baby

“People are constantly asking me if I’m pregnant, but I don’t like to talk about it too much. I just think about it as the next phase…I’ve changed my mind [ about becoming a mother] because I’m with The One. I think we would make good parents, and that we’d be able to figure out how to do it properly.  I know people are going to be like, ‘There’s no way!’ but neither of us had any doubts that we were truly meant for each other. He is my soulmate…I wanted the opposite of what I did the first time. Nick and I wanted it to be about us, no fuss, no worrying about everyone else’s opinions…”

Nick has to be the luckiest man on earth, not having to reach out for his wallet all the time.
