Details:
At approximately 12:46 AM, Madison Police were dispatched to the 400 block of N. Lake Street reference allegations of a sexual assault. After police arrived on scene, allegations by a 33-year-old female involved the entourage of Joseph Cartagena (AKA “Fat Joe”), after a hip hop concert at the Orpheum Theater on 6/20/2010. The concert started at 7pm at The Orpheum Theater (located at 216 State Street), and shortly after the concert had concluded, a 33-year-old female found herself inside of a Cadillac Limousine with Joseph Cartagena and other male subjects all with the destination of a hotel located on Madison’s west side.

There were allegations of inappropriate touching involving the female, and after some time had elapsed, the female reported this matter to Madison Police.

This investigation is ongoing.

During a discussion with On Smash, Fat Joe gave his incite on some of the reoccurring ailments plaguing the Hip-Hop industry and how he continues to medicate himself to escape the sickness that is spreading throughout the music.

“A lot of albums I hear these days sound like mixtapes,” Joey said in an interview. “Believe it or not, a lot of rappers can’t make hooks. So it’s not a coincidence when you hear your favorite rapper with sampled hooks and they just don’t know how to make it. It’s a lot of albums that sound like f*cking mixtapes. So when I make an album, I just try to make big records and big songs and make ‘em huge to where I’m just trying to make every record a hit. Even if I’m making an underground hardcore record, I’ll try to put a real strong hook so it can still feel real big. I hate getting albums and it sounds like one big mixtape.”

Don’t know why joey craack talking greasy when the last hit he had was “Make It Rain” Featuring Lil Wayne. If it wasn’t for Lil Wayne it probably wouldn’t even be a hit.

Fat Joe is weighing in on the G-Unit leader’s ongoing battle with Rick Ross.

“I really have no comment on it,” the “Lean Back” rapper told Rap-Up when asked about the situation. “Rick Ross is a big boy. He can handle himself.”

Joey Crack called for an end to the beef. “I feel like hip-hop beef is over-saturating the market. I mean, when does it stop? Like c’mon, I’m tired of it.”
