Hurricane Chris Set To Release Another Wack Album

Hurricane Chris is hard at work in the studio prepping his sophomore release, which is untitled as of yet. Though the album won’t hit shelves until the first quarter of 2009, Hurricane has already selected his first single, “Touch Bases” which features Bobby Valentino
“It’s like on some grown laid-back playa type stuff,” Chris explained. “Like telling your girl that you’ve been all over world but you ready to touch bases with her and get your mind where it’s supposed to be.”
“He came in the studio and did it like a pro,” Hurricane said of Bobby V. “It just came out like some crazy, crazy, crazy, crazy category five type hurricane.”
Valentino isn’t the only feature that Hurricane Chris will have on his new album. He’s planning to tap Nicole Wray to sing a few hooks and he’s already been in the studio with Lil’ Wayne. “That’s the homie. That’s family. It’s all love. It’s real with us,” said Chris. “I’ma have [Wayne] on my album.”
In addition, the two Louisiana natives are also plotting a side project. “Me and him have some stuff that we just gon’ hit you in ya face with,” Hurricane explained. “I went over there with him and hopped on some stuff with him he come to my land and hopped on stuff with me. We Louisianimials, we don’t die we multiply.”
