DMX Arrested For Identity Theft

The rapper, born Earl Simmons, was arrested at a mall in Phoenix, AZ on Saturday on charges of identity theft. The 37-year-old was under investigation for allegedly giving a false name to avoid paying a $7,500 hospital bill for treatment of pneumonia.
